This membership is ideal for those new to the gym and wanting to build up a good foundation of fitness.

For those who want to lift barbells and train with a group of like-minded people, this is for you!
The Barbell membership includes an additional weekly coached session, every Tuesday 16.00 – 17.00 where the barbell disciplines are taught, coached and signed off by one of our instructors.
* If you wish to use barbells you will require this membership
** Once the coach is satisfied with your movement patterns, you will also be signed off to use barbells in the gym.
We encourage continued attendance to this weekly class to make the most of this membership; for ongoing support, continual form checking and safe coaching cues as you develop your skills.
