Coming from a sporting background I always loved the associated training component. When I was 15 we were asked to put together a business plan as part of our coursework. Mine described a community based gym that had the following core values:
-Quality, constantly evolving coaching
-An ego-free atmosphere
To this day, these are still the core values that underpin GO:VER GYM
Hello I’m Claire. When we set up Go:ver Gym in 2014 I had no idea how many fantastic people I would meet along the way and what a wonderful community we would come to be a part of. I am very lucky to have such a nice place to go to work every day.
Hello I’m Tim. You will most likely come across me with a paintbrush in my hand as I help out with the maintenance of the gym. A great sense of community and all round friendliness makes Go:ver Gym a lovely environment to both work and train in!
My background is in Marketing but I’m hoping to add another string to my bow by joining the Gover Reception Team. I love seeing the members achieve their goals, giving it their all and buzzing after their sessions. Working at Gover is a pleasure in itself, the team are fantastic, motivating and there’s a real sense of support and community. It’s a really inspiring place to be.

My name is Olly Stables, I am a Level 3 personal trainer with BSc honours in Sport Science. I love Gover gym, the staff, clients and community as a whole. There is no other team like us, no other gym users like ours and no better gym than ours. I cannot imagine doing anything else.

Hi, I'm Michelle (everyone calls me Spatesy). I'm a sports massage therapist. I work alongside the PT's in assisting our clients achieve their goals: be that getting a deeper squat or getting out of bed pain free. I can help you if you have a recent injury or a long term chronic condition. Come find me and have a chat!
Osteopath and sports injury specialist. I enjoy the one on one interaction with patients and providing tailored treatments and rehabilitation programmes whether they want to improve daily activities or to improve performance. I like working at the gym as it's a fantastic place to work with a very friendly atmosphere.
Reflexology & Cosmetic Acupuncture
I’ve worked at Go:ver Gym for nearly a year. It’s a fun place to work and it fits really well with my home life too. I’ve got 2 children and try to train whenever I can! My favourite classes are circuits and the learn to lift class. Everyone at Go:ver is really friendly and training here is so much fun. ??

I’m Pilates Jo (not Joe Pilates). I was a professional dancer and dance teacher for 40 years before my passion for Pilates took over. I’d semi-retired until joining the Go:ver Crew. Loving teaching Pilates more than ever, love my clients and my work colleagues. Lucky me!

When I joined Go:ver Gym I was immediately welcomed into the family – this is the friendliest gym I have ever worked in. I teach Pilates, Dance & Barre classes with the focus on variety & fun with attention to detail & lots of motivation thrown in to keep you coming back for more!
I didn't get into fitness until I was in my mid-twenties by which point I was trying to work out how to recover from major ankle surgery! I place an emphasis on functional exercises and high intensity full-body workouts- perfect if you want to lose weight, increase flexibility and stamina, tone up or for those who want to be a better all-round athlete.
I'm a yoga teacher with a focus on Ashtanga based yoga, specifically Vinyasa Flow. I fell in love with yoga in 2012, yoga fast became 'my time' & eventually I wanted to share my passion with the world so trained with FIE & started teaching in 2014. I completed 3 other 200 hour yoga courses, & most recently became a qualified Thai masseuse, expanding my anatomical knowledge to new levels. My classes are fun, casual & sweaty!
Love boxing, won an ABA Super-Heavy Weight Title; friends went on to fight for world titles. Trained in Dennie Mancini's gym, Kings Cross, London & Gleasons Gym Brooklyn, New York; life time of laughs and good memories. Love passing on the experience and training people in the craft.

I absolutely love teaching yoga, the magical practise truly changed my life and I believe it to be my mission to bring it to you! My name is Trudi Dawson, I’m a Doula UK doula, a FEDANT-approved Antenatal Teacher and a RYT300hours Yoga Instructor. My yoga classes support women through all stages - pregnancy, postnatal and pelvic floor restore being my main focus. I have been a member of Go:ver Gym since it first opened and I think it’s an awesome place to work and work out!
Go:ver Gym is a big extended family. Always welcoming, loving and friendly. The zen studio is perfect for my Tweens & Teens class: funky yet relaxing environment for growing kids who want to fit in whilst needing to tune out.
