Grass Roots Membership
The body is incredibly responsive at this age to both good and bad movement patterns. Our goal is to develop good habits, building a healthy relationship with exercise and forging confidence!
There are 2 options available depending on your type of workout.

Available to year 9, 10 & 11 students (ages 14+).
Gym induction must be completed before gym use.
