Regardless of your goals and training experience, our coaching team can create the perfect, progressive propgramme for you. Browse the options below; choosing the right one WILL fast track your goals.

 

 

GYM PROG LEVEL 1: £10

Ideal if you are new to the gym or if you train one to two times a week and want to get the most from your visits.

  • Half hour consultation discussing health and goals
  • A programme designed around your goals with one session for you to follow in the gym
  • To ensure you are following your programme correctly, the fundamentals class is a valuable way to learn/reinforce correct form on any movements you may need a bit of help with

 


 

GYM PROG LEVEL 2: £40

Designed for those who want to train more than twice a week, this split routine allows for a more specific/detailed training programme.

  • Half hour consultation discussing health and goals
  • A split programme designed around your goals with 3 session plans for you to follow in the gym
  • Detailed programme written with 1 hour explanation and demonstration

 


 

GYM PROG LEVEL 3: £80

A thorough, in depth, no stone left unturned approach is used to get the best results from your time in the gym by looking at a variety of lifestyle factors along with advanced movement testing. Our coaches will have a sound understanding of you and your body. You will spend two hours with one of our personal trainers.

  • 1 hour consultation
    • Health and goals discussed
    • Biomechanics testing
    • Postural assessment
    • Range of movement testing
    • Measurements & Skin Fold Test
    • Nutritional guidance
  • Detailed programme written with 1 hour explanation and demonstration
