GYM PROG LEVEL 1: £10

Ideal if you are new to the gym or if you train one to two times a week and want to get the most from your visits.

  • Half hour consultation discussing health and goals
  • A programme designed around your goals with one session for you to follow in the gym
  • To ensure you are following your programme correctly, the fundamentals class is a valuable way to learn/reinforce correct form on any movements you may need a bit of help with
