Mine described a community based gym that had the following core values: -Quality, constantly evolving coaching -Radical inclusiveness -An ego-free atmosphere To this day, these are still the core values that underpin GO:VER GYM

Hi, I'm Laura, the manager of the gym. Working here is a pleasure in itself, the team are fantastic, as too are our lovely members. I'm responsible for the day to day running of the gym, you'll usually find me nattering away in reception or head down in the office. We're a very friendly bunch, GO:VER is the true embodiment of a Community gym, which I love. Pop in for a coffee and a chat with me anytime.

My name is Trudi Dawson, I’m a Doula UK doula, a FEDANT-approved Antenatal Teacher and a RYT300hours Yoga Instructor. My yoga classes support women through all stages - pregnancy, postnatal and pelvic floor restore being my main focus. I have been a member of Go:ver Gym since it first opened and I think it’s an awesome place to work and work out!

I'm a yoga teacher with a focus on Ashtanga based yoga, specifically Vinyasa Flow. I fell in love with yoga in 2012, yoga fast became 'my time' & eventually I wanted to share my passion with the world so trained with FIE & started teaching in 2014. I completed 3 other 200 hour yoga courses, & most recently became a qualified Thai masseuse, expanding my anatomical knowledge to new levels. My classes are fun, casual & sweaty!

I teach the Body Control method of Pilates focusing more on the classical style. I trained as a ballerina for 10 years with the Royal Ballet School and Elmshurst School for Dance, and throughout my training, Pilates has always been a part of my daily routine. Due to injury I was unable to carry on with my ballet career, but wanting to help more people discover the amazing benefits of Pilates has lead me to train as a level 3 Pilates Instructor with Body Control Pilates.

Hi, I'm South African but I've lived in Botswana for most of my life. I joined Gover Gym back in November, 2 days before lockdown but that hasn't stopped me smiling. Whenever I'm on shift be sure you'll always be greeted with a warm South African smile :)
