Over that time I have won championships across regional and national levels as well as qualifying and competing at the IGKF world championships in 2016 and was a part of the national coaching team for 4 years. I hope to take this further and follow a career in fitness and combat sport coaching, expanding my knowledge and experience as I go, guided by the ethos of “have fun, learn something, help someone”.
