It's been tricky and we have had to think outside (literally) the box but now have a full class timetable up and running!

All Classes will adhere to social distancing guidelines and we have enough equipement for everyone to have their own so it's nice and safe!

The classes will be taken in the outdoor gym with the exception of 'Functional Fitness' that will be taken in the Fit Pit and 'Ladies Who Lift' which will be takne in the weights gym. 

If its raining....we're still training! Oh with the exception of yoga and pilates, these will still go ahead but as an online 'zoom' class. A link will be sent out to everyone who is booked in to the class. 

Classes can be booked via the Mindbody app or the member log in on our website. You will be able to book unlimited classes a week in advance.

We love the classes and want to make them as good as possible for you all. We will be reviewing the timetable at the end of August and looking for ways to  make improvements, as always your input is very welcome with this. Fire over any and all feedback to go_ver@live.co.uk.
