Functional Fitness

This class teaches Olympic lifting and gymnastics movements with an emphasis on correct technique.

These are mixed with a wide array of additional resistance and bodyweight movements, to create training sessions of varying formats, durations, and intensities.

  • Strength is frequently tested, which is so important for everyone!
  • It's fun, social, and inclusive; all the sessions are scalable for everyone.
  • Learning new skills is great and something we should all continue to do.
  • The associated mobility work not only helps your body move better but also makes you more injury resilient.
  • Progress is trackable; times, PB's are all recorded and periodically re-tested.
