Pilates (intermediate)

Mat based classes concentrating on the old and new Pilates principles of breathing, centreing, concentration, control, flow, precision, awareness, stamina and relaxation – aka “Grace and Purpose”.

A fast flowing and strong pilates class. We recommend it for those who have a sound understanding of pilates techniques and have a strong core.
