Elaine offers Pilates matwork classes using small equipment adhering to the classic principles of Pilates with a contemporary twist.

With great attention to detail & the ability to adapt the movements to each person’s requirements, all participants are given the chance to progress at their own pace.

Improved posture & co-ordination, increased mobility & flexibility & strengthened deep abdominal & lower back muscles can all be achieved through regular Pilates training.

If you have been training in the Pilates technique for a while and feel you have the ability to be challenged further, then this could be the class for you.
 
Increase your repertoire of Pilates movements and take your strength,  mobility and flexibility to a new level.
 
NB: This class may not be suitable for beginners.
