Darren came into the gym a little over a year ago on a free 8 week ‘community project’ course. The Community Projects are designed to teach training fundamentals, sound movement patterns and get its participants off to the best start. Darren soaked in all the information and ran with it!
A year on and with the help of powerlifting coach Callum Hallit, Darren entered his first powerlifting meet and put up some hugely impressive numbers. Darren is still as focused as ever and consistently making progress/getting stronger!
